To all ride managers:

We appreciate your having us attend your event and are happy to donate to help your efforts and award the riders or your organization with a donation or pay a fee. However, in order to help us REALLY be a part of the event (we are here because we care about and want to be a part of the trail riding community), please include us by providing the following information:

Parking & Fees:

A) Plan: drawing, map.
B) Amenities: water, electric, food, showers, port-a-potties.
C) Fees charged: camping, vendor (such as USFS).
D) Proximity to fuel, shopping.
E) Others attending (to coordinate conflicts/product lines)

Schedule:

A) When can we arrive?
B) Ride schedule: start, meetings, meals, awards.
C) Map to vet checks (you may get some of us to actually HELP as a volunteer.)
D) Meals: availability, cost (free ticket for sponsors?)

Sponsorship:

A) What kind: product, service, fee
B) Price, product, advertising, deadlines
C) Can we offer you our catalog to add to your rider packet?
D) Can we offer a banner to display in exchange for sponsorship/donations?
E) Announcement of sponsors/donations.
