CORDURA NYLON for extra durability and strength. We
have abused ours for years with no ill effects. 1000 denier,
urethane- backed, very water-resistant, machine washable and
dryable. Used for balebags, pommel, card, transmitter, stethoscope
packs as well as SnugPax. Colors: Black, Dark Green, Royal Blue,
Burgundy, Brown, Red, Dark Teal, Neon Green, Blaze Orange, Purple,
Neon Green and Navy…call for availability.
100% WOOL FLEECE Machine washable. Used on girths,
backing for EZ hackamore nosebands and nose fuzzies. Natural
color only. Stays wonderfully soft and plush. Does not "pill"
like polyester fleece. Wears great!
POLY WEBBING We use double- and triple-thick soft polypropylene
webbing for strength, because it's strong, durable and doesn't
fade or get stiff like nylon does. Used for girths and binding
on most of our products. Easily machine washable...put in dryer
or hang up to dry. No special washing instructions. Hot or cold
water is okay. But, if you don't wash it periodically, salt on
the hardware will cause corrosion, and hence wear out your tack.

BioThane® Now available in more colors than ever,
with others on the way! BioThane® is a vinyl or urethane-coated
polyester. It is very strong and durable, requiring little or
no care. It does not soak up sweat or become soggy. It does not
crack or peel in heat or cold, does not get stiff when cold,
and stays flexible over its lifetime. It does not chafe your
horse, and it is slippery when wet. BioThane® will form to
your horse after use, and it should outlast and outperform both
leather and nylon. ENJOY!
NEOPRENE We use only the best quality neoprene, and
even the best can wear out and tear. We use neoprene backed with
nylon cloth to enhance strength. Neoprene is used for girths
and padding on nosebands as well as the protector on breastplates.

We use only Solid Brass Hardware except where indicated. Replacement
hardware is always available at a nominal price.
