This interesting statue is a person. He is dressed in pop cans and stands absolutely motionless for minutes, than, all of a sudden, changes his pose, rattling the cans and certainly getting the attention of any unsuspecting passer-by. He has a box on the ground in front of him (not pictured) for "contributions".
